How can I get Yahoo! Weather, Entertainment, Finance etc. on my Mobile if I live in Dubai?

I live in Dubai and I want to get Yahoo! Mobile facilities like weather, finance, sports etc.! Please help me here as when I try to add a mobile device my country (United Arab Emirates) does not come up! Is it possible to get Yahoo! on my Mobile?

Type in Dubai's mailing code and see if it takes care of that.

Currently Yahoo! Mobile doesn't current include Dubai, so u can't get what you wanted from there!
