How can I get a French Carte professional?

Question

I have worked for over 6 years as an agent immobilier and working for a notaire, I have written up mandates and offert achat. I did have a Carte Professional while working with agents, but I would like to work as a free lance immobilier with different notaires and have my own web site up and running again.

Does anyone know the answer to this please

You apply at the Department of Real Estate and receive your Carte.  Then you are free to work as a freelancer but you will have to have your license at some brokerage.  Many would like to have you.
