How can I get a Job to sponsor my Cousin (work permit)?

I live in Miami Fl, my cousin wants to come over and move in with me but shes not an American citizen she's from the Bahamas but in order for her to get a job she must have a green card or a work permit. What all jobs help you get a work permit in Miami fl?

What does your cousin know how to do? If she isn't skilled in anything, maybe she could get a job at a restaurant or hotel doing something. Otherwise, maybe she could be a dancer in a strip club or something like that.
