How can I get a Portuguese scout to notice me in football?

I'm at highschool but I've been playing since I was 2 years old, I'm a defender, but I live in the U.S I've lived in Portugal and Mexico before, I'm still young but I wanna make it to the pros, how can I get a Portuguese scout to notice my skills?
