How can I get a Provincial Parks Pass to Winnipeg Folk Festival?

Question

If I want to park my car at the Winnipeg Folk Fest this July and need a parks pass to drive into Birds Hill Park, can I buy a Parks Pass online for the car?

Or do I have to wait through the long line of cars trying to get past the gate?

They're sold at all sorts of places...even Canadian Tire has them (I bought one at the parts counter last year).

You can find them at most places where hunting and fishing licenses are sold...since I'm not a hunter, nor do I fish...sorry, can't help much further than that...:)

As far as I know you will need to wait in line, but if you do it now you wont have to wait that long. Go to Manitoba Tourism at the Forks and ask if they know if you are able to get it there.
