How can I get a Spanish Visa?

Does anyone know how I can get a Schengen Visa for Spain for the 27th July? I am Iranian so have to go in person to the Spanish Embassy but the Embassy don't answer my letters. There is one guy t the Embassy who wont let me in. Does anyone know how I can get one in time?

The only way to get a visa is at the Spanish Embassy.

There must be a reason for them not to issue you one and not letting you in.
