That would be Form 1040EZ; if you need it for school financial aid, or loan, download From 4506-T Return Trranscript from the IRS website.  A return transcript is a line by line transcript of what you filed on your income tax return.  All financial aids and loan place accept this transcript, what they are needing is proof that you file return and that you earned the money you are reporting on your loan request.  

But if you need the actual copy of your return then download form  4506 and pay $39.00 for the copy of your return.

Or visit your local IRS office to obtain a transcript.

You can request a computer transcript copy of your schedule E via form 4506T.

You can request a photocopy, but that's $39 and 60 days.

make copies of your original before sending it in - you won;t get an actual copy from the IRS - you'll get a piece of paper with the numbers next to line numbers, but it won't look like the 1040 you filled out
