How can I get a credit letter from Comcast If I can't get anybody on the phone

anyone knows how to contact comcast collection department with a phone# that actually has a voice and not a machine that never responds

just hit 0 until you get an operator.

Sounds like you have gotten hung in the phone tree from h**l.

I hate that.  Yes  try hitting "0" also I have found that sometimes hitting "4" will get you a real voice.  Keep trying.
