How can I get a criminal record check and get it notarized/apostilled while I am overseas?

I need to get a criminal record check and have it notarized so that I can renew my teaching visa in S.Korea. Since I am over here, it will be impossible for me to do anything in person. Does anyone know how I can request a CRC and have it notarized and then sent to me in Korea?

    check the US embassy in South Korea, start with them, usually, the consulates services are there for this, register yourself at the embassy/consulate at the same time, for emergencies and other reasons;
