How can I get a date with a goth chick, or a pin-up rockabilly chick?

I do find these types of women to be very attractive, yet its rare for me to start dating one because although I like these types of women my style is not the same as there I dress in more of a hiphop/prep/punk sort of way and at time I do dress a bit afrocentric( wearing clothing with Marcus garvey, malcolm x, Nina Simone, and HIM(His Imperial Majesty)....

My question to you all is do you find it hard to make and initial connection with the opposite s*x if they fit a group that is in contrast to the one that you fit into?

(we all fit into a group in some way shape or form, these groups never seem to have rigid guidelines so people often flow between many, because many of our interests are shared with so many other people)

don't pretend to be something you're not, girls will see right through it. get the courage to approach one of these girls, and they will admire you for being courageous to approach someone that looks nothing like you. good luck.
