How can I get a different theme (for free) othere than the only options of Windows Classic and Windows Vista?

I like the Windows Vista Aero Glass theme; but you can't get that easily and for free. I'm not planning on paying anything for themes, so just give me free ideas. I want clear, clean and crisp ones that are their own theme and not c**p like "Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter themes etc. Can you download Microsoft themes?
