How can I get a doctor's note out of P.E? please help!!!?

Before everyone goes on and on about childhood obesity, I work out 3-4 times a week and it's my senior year in high school. Every other year I've been in a sport and gotten out of P.E, but I decided not to do sports this year, so now I am stuck in P.E.

It is torture, I cannot change and run outside and sweat in the middle of the day and in this heat, EW!

My only option is to get myself some sort of doctor's note to get out. Occasionally I get shoulder pains. . . will that work? A friend of mine said she gets migranes, and that the gym noise aggravates it. Any others ideas? PLEASE HELP!

  1. just do it.  we all did it.  if you really are too tired (and this question is seriously miscategorized) then tell the teacher you have bad cramps and you're not doing it, end of story.  wow it's been a long time since high school....will that work???  LOL  i'd just say cramps and stick to it.
