How can I get a fork truck license? I use one everyday at work, but have no license.?

I have been using a forklift for over 30 years in a small warehouse and just recently became aware of training and certification.  We took the course and certification from the company that services our forklift.

Some employers require safety training in the operation of a fork lift, and issue a permit or license at the end of the course if you pass.  Ask your employer if they offer training.

There is no such thing on a state level.

Haven't you tried asking at work about training courses? If not I know this sounds Dumb but google forklift training with ur town name for local trainers I think it cost around £200 or used to.a few yrs ago
