There are no free tickets to get to a counrty, however, If you travel from the US to Lima (Peruvian capital) by Lan (www.lan.com) you win enough miles to travel free inside Peru. Now, you want to g o to Callao or Collao?

Callao, is a province completely anexed to the Great Lima Area, actually, Lima's airport is in Callao.

Collao, in the other hand is a plateu "Meseta del Collao" in the Peru/Bolivia border, where lake Titicaca is, which is a lovely place by the way.

go to the local immigration authority and tell them you are in this country illegally and want to go back to your homeland which is peru. they will send you for free.

There are no free tickets to go anywhere. Now that you say that you want to go to Callao (major port) then you can work in a ship (cruise ship?) and therefore get a free ticket to Peru. There are many ships that dock into Callao, cruise ships and merchant ships.
