How can I get a full UK Postcode decoder?

I would like to be able to obtain a full UK address by entering a postcode, like the utillity and insurance companies and shops are able to do.

Many places can have the same postcode- for example, in the drive I live in, all 14 houses have the exact same postcode.

If you don't know the house number, it won't do you much good.

You can find out postcodes on the royal mail website http://postcode.royalmail.com but it will only give you a general answer

Insurance companies access your credit rating, and the electronic version of your information stored on file. Due to the data protection act, civilians cannot access that level of information.

Well, if you enter a postcode on the Post Office portal you'll get the street and town etc but not the house number - that one you just have to know.
