You cannot work, you are underage.

Check your local labor laws. I know a kids who have worked on farms or become entrepenuers and things like that. Also ask around for family and friends who might be able to give you somework.

Still it's not easy. I am 15 and there aren't lot of jobs for people my age with this reccession.

Freelance.  Baby-sitting is a cash cow. The best sitters actually entertain the children (bring age appropriate board games) though some parents are ok with letting the children veg in front of the tube.

Lawn care is also great if you have access to a lawnmower and weed eater. At $5 to $10 / lawn you can build a nice bank account rather quickly.

If you have good computer skills and a solid work ethic, you may be able to get a job  under the table helping in the office of a small privately owned company (plummer or some other tradesman).

Well, you can slap on a bathing suit and go wash cars, another good idea would be to have a soda stand, since its summer you would have lots of customers if you place the stand by a busy neiborhood street.

With parental permission you can go to Nebraska and pick corn for like 300 a week. My ex ex did this like 3 years ago. She said the minimum age was 12.

Car wash, lemonade stand, babysitting, sometimes you can help out at local area's around your neighborhood that your familiar with

13 is too young for a real job in the working world.

Some restaurants will hire a table washer at 14, but that is usally the youngest.

Things you can do for money though are dog walking business, babysitting, paper route, etc.
