How can I get a hold of the fore-closer list that the real estate agent's have access to.?

I am trying to get a hold of the fore-closers list in upstate NY for free, but I am having difficulty in doing so. Does anyone know of a website that won't charge me or make me go through a whole bunch of Red Tape to get this info.

The reason that real estate agents have the 'foreclosure lists' is that these properties are already listed for sale with assorted real estate brokerage agencies.  There is no advantage to you getting the list, since all you need do is contact a local real estate agent who has access to the MLS, and you will get whatever you need.
