How can I get a job in US as an Assistant Administrative if I am Latin girl. Will someone give me a chance ?

Of course I speak English very well. I took many classes in my original country (Ecuador ) and also here yet. I have a Bachelor Degree as an Accountant and I worked as an Assistant Administrative for 5 years back in my country. I live in North of California. Please give some advice, I will really appreciate it. Thanks

I have recently graduated with an Associates in the same thing.  What I have learned, please don't take this as being offensive either. You will stand a better chance because of one your race. You are a proctected class. Companies are now diversifing.  Hang in there. You will get calls soon.  I was told it could take a few months before you hear anything on the resumes your sending out.    

I am still waiting patiently.  :)   Good luck.  Don't give up.

Actually, you will have a better chance than any american at getting a job, period.  If you are not white, America loves you and gives you more benefits.

Plus, most Americans can't get jobs in America, now, because they want us to speak Spanish to cater to the illegal border jumpers' lingo....
