I want to have a job in mexico but hired as american, I'm a green card holder, studied business in a mexican university even my experience background is in mexico, can speak english and basic mandarin due I studied 1 year in China...Currently looking for a job in California but would Love to return to mexico and be paid as american...

I am not sure what you mean , paid as an American.  I have worked in Mexico and I am American but they did not pay me more because I am American.
