I just get really irritated because my little sister comes into my room when im in it and bugs me and its so hard to drive her out because my mom is against violence and stuff. And now, becuase I got mad at her and hit her after she spilled her bubble soap all over my chair my mom is going to give her unlimited access to my room which means that she is allowed to come in whenever. How can I get a little privacy in my room? I mean, it was wrong to hit her but I cant go back in time. And my mom wont get me a lock because its a "fire hazard".

  1. I  agree with  Sarah.  Humm wouldn't it be  shame  bubbles  were spilled on  Moms  stuff....I  just  feel shes  not  seeing  whole  problem  but  hitting  is  wrong and you have  admitted  that.

  2. Your mother is wrong to give her unlimited access to your room.  She should not have had the bubbles in your room in the first place.

Take a blanket and go set under a tree.  Take a portable radio, some snacks, some water and anything else you might need.  Try staying out of your room as much as possible and she won' t go in it.  Then she might get use to not going in there by the time colder weather sets in.

You didn't say how old either of you are.  Are you very much older than your sister?  You might try reasoning with your mom by telling her that you need more privacy.  Tell her that you don't want you little sister to walk in on you while you are changing clothes.  It will not be healthy for your little sister to see you without your clothes on and that she just walks in unannounced.

    Good luck!

  3. Sorry...
