How can I get a name in Germany?

I want to see if they have a name in there telephone book google does not help much, its realy confusing.

  1. You only get in the Books in Frankfurt Railway Station. No matrer if that person is from other part of Germany.  Just  Talk to  Station Master there  in  2nd  level.
