just be sixteen.. go to your local airport and ask they usually have a flight instructor there.. be prepared to spend as much as 12thousand more or less to get your ground school and flight traning ok.. first go and buy this booi kirshner student pilot manual and read it cover to cover two times.. and then a book on meterlogy.. and a book on aircraft charts. ok..
