I can load MY Yahoo with Internet Explorer, but not with Firefox (preferred). Page continually blinks. This is a new problem that suddenly happened. Firefox tells me this is a Yahoo problem.

    Hello

Customer Care can be reached at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/my/gene...

When you send the online message give details about your operating system (Windows, MAC), browser, whether you use broadband or dialup to connect and provide your contact info and ask for their's.

    Try this too:

If you haven't done so already, disable Firefox addons and virus protection, to see if they are interfering in some way.

Next time you start to open Firefox, right before you click the link to open the browser press and hold the CTRL key on your keyboard.

And even though you prefer Firefox clear your browser cache for IE and increase the size of the cache to at least 250 mb.

Consider uninstalling Firefox and installing the latest version again.

Disable your virus protection long enough to restart Firefox and see if the problem continues.  If virus protection is outdated get that taken care of too.

    Best wishes,

    pup
