How can I get a replacment bookbag from LLBEan for free? My zippers vroke on it. Thanks!?

had it for three years and both of the zippers broke.

  1. You can contact LL Bean and see if they can help you, but after 3 years they probably are not going to replace it for free, here is a link to there contact info/
