First, harvest your wolf mask.  Apply it.  The wolf shirt will find you...trust me.  It happens in a matter of hours.  It takes longer above the 40-degree north latitude.

The elusive wolf shirt can only select up to three occupants before it's short life is over.  Once the shirt has found its first occupant, it loses much of it's sweet wolf juice.  It can only find a couple of extra occupants before combusting.
