check out online book stores such as amazon or barnes and noble. They should be able to ship it directly to you.  www.amazon.com  www.barnesandnoble.com

try ebay.com, if you havnt been their its just were people trade or buy stuff from other people anywere in the world. and you problaly get it cheeper than at the store than o this website, so ya its pretty cool! LOL check it out, and Good Luck!

There's an English bookstore called the English Reader.  It is in Providencia I think...I live in Santiago too but I don't have a phone book to look it up.

Don't pre order the book from Amazon or other US sites. I live in Peru and last time I preordered the sixth book and it took the book more time to come to South America (with a very expensive shipping!!!) and the book was released in English "world wide" so the very first day they were selling it in the US, they sold it in ALL latin american countries at the same time and the same price as in the US!!!! Including Peru!!!

Go to any big bookstore in a mall and ask for the book and ask them about the release date.

Try Libreria Antartica (Parque Arauco, Alto Las Condes) or even any other like La feria del Libro (there's a big one in Isidora Goyenechea, just in front of Tiramisu).I know for a fact that here in Lima they will sell the book on July 21st in many bookstores like Crisol or Libreria Epoca.

The English version will be released worldwide, the spanish version will be released a couple of months later.

Go to www.bn.com (its barnes and noble in the USA) and you can preorder it there.  They will ship out of country however you need to make sure that they will ship to your country... I have shipped to Europe before but never Chile.  I hope this helps you out... good luck.
