How can I get an HTML file to reference a stylesheet on my computer (just for troubleshooting purposes)?

I know that I need to reference the file by using it's path. But the path starts C:\Documents and Settings\.... and I think that it doesn't like those spaces. What should I do?

Try inserting "%20" wherever a space is supposed to be. (No quotes, of course.)
