How can I get an address on someone who lives in another state without paying?

I can get to the city & state but then things pop up saying for money we can get the information for you. I do not have the money to do it so is there another way to excess this?

Those pop-ups requesting $$ are not whitepages. That's just junk. You should be able to close those and still see your info come up on whitepages.
