My border collie rolled around on dead animal and now she smells terrible, I can't even bring her inside without her making the whole house smell, and this is after I washed her literally 8 times. Is there anything I can do to get it out?

  1. Try spraying her with Febreeze. It will take out skunk smell, and I bet it will work on your dogs odor too. The stuff really works!

  2. I had a border collie a few years ago and he had a terrible habit of rolling in  fox poo every chance he got and always on the patch of hair under his chin... The only way to get rid of the smell was to shave off the hair. Drastic I know but if I didnt he stunk for weeks...Also today while out walking my Jack Russell rolled in a dead seagull...Nice...Good luck with you smelly prob

  3. GREAT dog spray with essentail oil - gets out anything and it's NATURAL ORGANIC!

PS - also if you like organic treats (I do) check out www.thegreenbone.etsy.com

  4. Douche, or Natures miracle sold at petsmart.  or try.....1 quart hydrogen peroxide with 1/4 cup blking soda, and 1 teaspoon liquid soap.  or maybe febreeze.

  5. i have not tried this but, maybe tomato juice.  i understand it is useful in taking out skunk odor, so perhaps it will work for this.  i have a border collie as well and she also rolls.  however i have not found it to take so many baths to get the smell out.  sometimes i use baby wipes repeatedly to a specific area.
