An exit pass, incase you dont know, is a pass that allows you to go through the exit of rides at a theme park if you have a disability (physical or mental). So I have a friend who is mentally and I was wondering what I would have to do to get an exit pass (specifically at Canada's wonderland).

  1. zuesefl is right. i did the same thing. but i had a child who was too small to ride so the rest of the group stayed in line and then went on the ride. after they got off i went w/ my husband. it's slighty different but same concept.

  2. Yup, check with their guest relations.  Ask at the front gate when you go in, and they'll direct you to where you need to go.

  3. I would ask at guest relations usually in the front of every park.

  4. Most parks are moving away from this.  A lot of parks are adding a 'family room' area, where it is a lounge where the person with the disability sits and waits while the rest of the group waits in line, and once they reach the front of the line the rest of the family is joined together.

  5. When you get to the park you go to Guest Services and explain to them why the person you are with can't wait in line.

I'm not sure if the rules have changed or not, but when I worked there the person who had the pass issued to them had to ride.  This kept people from taking advantage of a service that is meant for people that really need it.  You would be surprised how many people took advantage of the exit pass.
