How can I get an instruction manual for a Cookworks convection microwave with grill, Model CMX60?

Question

I bought it off a friend who is travelling in Oz (can't contact him). I can't find details of the manufacturer online and the only supplier I know of (Argos) say they haven't got a contact either. If anyone has one of these models and can tell me how to use it, I'd be very pleased - I've broken the glass paten and several plates already, so I'm obviously doing something wrong!!!

visit the cookworks site they should have instructions to download,, a lot of sites do do this
