How can I get an internship at my favorite magazine?

I'm turning 18 next friday and I want to get an internship...how do I go about getting one?

You get in contact with the human resource department, and send them your resume, and your past experience. You might want to wait if it is a big magazine, because they will want to see that you have had past experience. They will want to see layouts that you have done before, recommendations, things like that. But remember persistance is key.
