Question:

How can I get an old stain out of my khaki pants?

I have a stain that has been there for awhile. I tried Spray and Wash among other "things" and nothing is taking it out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

  1. Try out this link (good idea to remove stain)

  2. Try this trick and you will award me TEN POINTS!

Even if something has been dried in the dryer this works for me!

Put 1 to 2 cups lemon ammonia in a ten gallon bucket or your laundry sink. Soak the stained item for twenty-four hours. Apply straight grease fighting dish soap, I like the bleach alternative ones that are clear. Turn the item over on a hard surface like the washing machine lid, and use a soft scrub brush on the BACK SIDE of the stain.

Four more of my favorite remedies are Formula 409, Whink Rust remover, Goop, and Mary Ellen's stain remover.

I've never found a stain that the soaking in ammonia can't remove!

  3. well theres this thing called Awesome in stores and it speaks for itself......it can take stains out on clothes, carpet, bath tubs and soooo much more. You should look for it. Or you could try clorox bleach for colors(clorox2) it works. Peroxide, alcohol, Shout, there are so many things out there. Good luck on finding your solution. I would've bought a new pair of pants.

  4. if the stain won't leave...perhaps staining the whole garment with what the stain is and will be all the same...

    have you tried peroxide?
