well u can try all sorts of expensive things but there is a very cheap and sure method. shampoo the carpet. and scrub off the stain.

Take 3 parts hydrogen peroxide to a drop of liquid dishsoap. Saturate the stain, let sit 1 hour then blot up. Rinse area with clean water. If not completely gone, just repeat. You may want to try an inconspicuous spot first to be sure your carpet is color fast. Most of them are, but better safe than sorry!
