What worked for me was saying I had my period and couldn't use tampons! But you can only use that one every so often! You could "forget" your swimming costume/bikini, as long as your school isn't cruel enough to have spare ones!

Say your hair is sensitive to the chlorine and it will damaged it a WHOLE lot.

say that you cant wear tampons and that your period last a lot of days so your not even gonna be able to swim a lot

You would have to get a doctor's note.

I personally chose to do it over summer school - it was fun, and most of my friends did it too.  It was 4 hours a day for 4 weeks or something and I never had to take gym during the school year.  See if that's an option for you, because it can be lots of fun and you don't have to shower during the day...

well you could simply ask the teacher if there is something else you could do besides swim. If they say no just swim and get the grade.

forge some kind of note, maybe from a doctor, saying that you suffer from a condition ''otitis externa'' that will result in ear infections when impure water enters you ears!

well you can have your parents write a note that says that something is wrong and you are not able to swim at all. they would have to sign it and i know my parents wouldnt do that so you can write it and forge their signiture. lol i know thats kinda bad but i did it all the time with my friends for like stuff to turn in.
