I used to run a lot in high school. Now I'm considering walking onto a small college track team. My times in high school were good enough but it's been a year since I've really trained. However, I do work out (abs, some cardio, and weight lift) very often... about 4 - 5 days a week for 2 hours.What can I do (without over training) to get myself back into great shape?
