Question:

How can I get better at swimming??

Ok, theres a Water Safety thing on beside me in the river. We have to swim A LOT and we have to swim in clothes. I missed last week coz I was sick, so its on this weeks with the test on Saturday. What I can do to get more fit and swim better and faster without getting tired and out of breath?

Please help x*x

Any ideas, even websites are really appreciated.

  1. Practice makes perfect :)

    What helps me when I have to swim far distances is just to remain calm, because when you are scared or anxious, you tend to breathe faster, which would make you more tired.  So, just be calm while you do the front crawl, and use slow, and continuous movements.  But, to increase your endurance ,youi should just swim alot so you can get better.  Good LUck on your swimming test!
