How can I get bigger breast with out medication or surgery?

I just turned 18 and i currently wear a size 36a or a 32b depending on the bra size. I want to get to 36-38b or a c cup. I dont want to take any pills or get surgery can some one please help.

Pills won't help anyway, so it's good you're not trying them. There isn't much you can do about it, except eat protein rich foods. Also, if you gain weight, you might be able to gain it in the right places and get curvy like a pinup model. But it's also important to remember the benefits of average-sized b*****s: you can wear more kids of clothing that would look bad on chesty girls, less strain on your back, and the ability to exercise without having to strap on 3 different bras.

well besides getting pregnant or putting on a whole bunch of weight you can't make them bigger. why would you want bigger ones anyways?
