Question:

How can I get blood off a wall?

My boyfriend cut his finger and got blood on the wall. I think it's water paint. Is there anything I can use that will take the blood off that won't damage the paint? I don't want to have to repaint the whole wall because I rent. I tried a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser in the corner and it took some paint off.

Thanks for any help!

  1. With a damp cloth with cold water and detergent

  2. You can use hydrogen peroxide but do not rub.  Allow the peroxide to bubble the blood from the wall then dab.  Don't bother looking for hospital grade peroxide it is all the same.

  3. well take a wet tissue or paper towel and dampen it and try to get it off ; but dab it !! it might work and it might not work .

  4. using a old toothbrush gently brush off the excess blod on the wall then use hospital grade peroide (stonger formula) in a spray bottle apply generously allow to dry repeat as nessessary.

  5. try using a baby wipe....these things will remove permanent marker, might remove blood as well.

  6. peroxide should work (I work ina hospital too and use it to get it off my lab coat) but if that doesn't work, sudsy ammonia should work.
