I eat two sandwiches for lunch everyday, and it gets old. I don't want to come up with new things to eat everyday, nor do I want to go out to eat everyday. I drink a gallon of water daily at work. I know there is a way to make this gallon satisfy my hunger healthfully. I just don't know how. Does anyone out there have any tips?
To reiterate: I want to turn a gallon of water into a "meal" that I will consume over a ten hour work day. I do not want to lose weight, so no diet plans please.
