is the FREE site I use for my samsung. They will send it inside a text message, but for AT&T, you need Media Net internet plan even to receive it inside a text message. If you don't have that, its easy to get it on your phone.

1) download the ringtone to pc

2) connect your data cable.

3) transfer the file

your phone might only be midi capable,
