The best bus companies in Peru are Ormeño, Cruz del sur and Oltursa. Check their web pages and ask them directly. I would not trust any other company as there are a lot of smaller companies which could be cheaper but are not reliable and they have had lots of road accidents and they have been robbed on the way as they don't have security in the bus.
