4 hours, 20 minutes $7 round trip on some dates http://www.megabus.com  Compared to flying, you have to get to airport, checkin 2 hours early, fly for just under an hour, disembark and pick up your stuff, then make your way into the city, so add it up, and you wouldn't be saving much, if any, time or hassle vs. the bus.  Also check out their competitor http://www.boltbus.com -- which advertise free wifi onboard the bus.
