How can I get funding for a giant project such as building a large K shaped island from scratch?

I'm interested in what avenues I might take for government funding, and a way to get to big money private funders. The great island K is a promotion for my band, The Ks, though I see this as a national project to assert our national greatness, showing the United States to be the King of Nations. I also want it to reflect the spirit of Kindness.
