  1. For volleyball, work on your hand-eye coordination.  CHoose a random object for the target while being in ready position and pull out that platform and point to the target.  (make sure you drop your outside shoulder)  If you have a volleyball, practice bumping by wall-sitting against a wall and bumping to yourself without moving your body much.  Setting, set against the wall.  Hitting, hit the volleyball straight down and have it bounce off the floor, hit wall, then come back to you.  That helps with controling your hitting.  Hope this helps.

  2. ask your coaches they all have different routines.

  3. for soccer dribble the ball each day for like 30 minutes and bastketball dribble the ball with your head and run around and shoot in a b-ball goal, volleyball bump the ball for as long as you can, and for softball throw with your mom and get a hitaway and hit it

  4. basketball- mark like 5 spots around your hoop & shoot like 50 from each

    softball-

pitching- pitch against a wall like 30 times a day

catching- have somebody throw 2 u while ur in a down

batting- find a batting cage &/or practice your swing

                            somehwere outside

    volleyball-

bumping/ passing- pass it 2 yourself (stay sonsistant)

spiking- go 2 your local YMCA or get a tetherball pole
