Well first off all, I don't know what your hair looks like, so how would I know if you need extensions?

Second, just take that picture to your salon and ask there. They'll know what to do.

can't help you if you don't give enough information on how your hair looks like and how long or how hard it is and so on.

So I honestly don't know if you would need extension.

you will need light golden brown hair die,gold and blond highlights,and if your hair is short extensions.

if your hair is long just get it layered.and then cut and dye.
