How can I get help with LAUNCHcast Plus?

I pay $3.99 per month for LAUNCHcast Plus. I have been subscribed for over a year and haven't had problems until today. I am signed in to Yahoo but I don't get my premium service when I listen to Launch. It gives me ads and pauses the music after awhile. It prompts me to subscribe or login in an endless loop when I try to listen to premium stations (although I'm already subscribed and logged in).

I visited "Manage Services" and next to LAUNCHcast Plus Launchcast Plus Monthly there is a green square with "Active."

I tried using the "Help" feature but I can only find options to search help, and no way to contact customer service. How can I get assistance, because I'm paying for service but not receiving it?
