How can I get her makeup?-Picture Inside

I like the whiteish glitter around her eyes, except whenever I try that I look retarded or the white doesn't even show up please help

What she did was take a pearly eyeshadow and blend it from her eyelid all the way up too her browbone. She then took a smaller brush and brought it around the corner of her eye and lined the bottom lash with it. It looks like she also lined her eyes with black and put mascara on....Hope this helps :D

the usual concealer, foundation , powder

black eyeliner, volume mascara, pink pink lipstick w/ gloss

eye shadow um vanilla color all over to the eye brow

then just on the eye lid put like a like kind of grey

YOu use whatever shimmery eye shadow you want right below your brow and stop when your get to your crease! When I do that some of it falls to the side,, by my eye so oyu can smutch that, and you'll get her effect, and you have to do it really heavy!
