How can I get hold of the standees and banners that advertise new films at the cinema????

Ask the theatre if it's possible for you to have them when they're finished using them.  Since this is very common, and not all are available (some studios require some items to be destroyed or returned) you will have to ask for each specific item you're interested in and hope you beat out the other requests.

Ask the cinema.  Usually when a film has ended it's run, they will just throw them away so leave your name and contact number and say to them when such and such a film has finished, please call me, I'd like to take this off your hand.

Unless the staff take them to sell on eBay of course.  :o)
