How can I get huge Popeye fore arms?

I have a 30 pound dumb bell and a 45 pound dumb bell that I use once a week for curling...what would be a good workout to really get big forearms using the dumb bells?

  1. Unfortunately for you, forearms are the hardest muscle to build. They have to be attacked hard and frequently to stimulate growth. 3 sets of 6 reps once a week just doesn't cut it my friend.

    There's more bad news too. "Popeye" forearms are something you're born with; not something you earn at the gym. Have a look at most men in their forties. They've all got bigger forearms than most men in their twenties. It's obviously something that comes with age.


  2. You can't. He had fake arms in the movies. Its unnatural and unhealthy to do that. Just work out to be healthy but if you build up your muscles too much it can be very unhealthy.
